My news boxes doesn't fit in the Home page anymore, so they move to the bottem. In all the other pages it fits well.

Anyone a suggestion?

Apparently you are using 2 different Temlates for 'Home' and the rest of the pages.
In the Template for the "Home" page, <div id="tp_newsarea">...</div> is within <div id="tp_content">...</div>, so in the wrong place.
