After kirekire and Holger found the reason for the annoying problem with special characters, we released a bugfix - version FCKeditor4CMSimple 2.2.1 today.

I'm trying GenizsNewsletter and need to make a template to my frien who I installed cmsimple to. The easyest way for him to use a template is to use the built in template in FCKeditor and I tryed to use them just so I know it works... it didn't!
In the templates there is a h3 tag and that tag makes the cmsimple code a new page, I tryed to edit the fcktemplates.xml file in FCK and change the h3 to h4 instead, but it wont make any diffrense. Every time I need a FCK template it will write an h3 tag anyway!
Is there someone who knows how to edit the FCK built in templates so I can use them in cmsimple?

as we wrote in the readme1st and the manual, all configuration-files are moved to the folder /FCKeditor/custom_configurations.
By this way it's easy to update the editor - core.
So please try to edit the file /FCKeditor/custom_configurations/custom_fcktemplates.xml.
Clear the browsercache and it should work.
I use this feature too and it's working perfect.

jepp... I got it to work to, it was the browser cache that was the problem.
