I have few questions regarding CM simple as i have joined this CMS recently.
It is important to understand that CMSimple and CMSimple_XH are two different CMS.

The thema (topic) of a website is independent from CMS. With CMSimple_XH (CMSimple as well), you can built any website.

Plugins of other CMS (Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress etc.) are not compatible with CMSimple_XH (CMSimple as well)

The CMSimple_XH requires no special programming skills, as long as you use CMSimple_XH ready-made templates. If you want built your own template (design), some basic HTML and CSS skills are necessary (or you may contact authors to prepare (help you with) your own design.

Yes, the CMSimple_XH is free; some of templates and plugins are free too. Some authors require keeping their copyright, or sell their plugins if for commercial use.
