After pasting something out of a word doc my editor is gone.
Can someone please help me.

Hi,
you can find some backups of your content in the folder /content.
The filenames are build as a timestamp like "20080825124506.htm".
So try to rename the latest one to "content.htm" with your ftp program (backup and rename your old content.htm before).
To paste from Word try to use FCKeditor's Paste from Word - button or use a tool like this:
http://www.stevemiller.net/puretext/ (not sure if it works with Word)
or paste your content into notepad, save and then copy'n paste to CMSimple.

If you are running a older version of CMSimple, this problem is common - there was once a line-break bug, which made this happen. Fixed in version 2.6 beta .
