Alternative heading

I miss the Page parameters: <Alternative heading> in CMSimple_XH 1.7.0 Released: 2017-07-02
and #cmsimple hide# does not work anymore?

These have been removed, because they are not necessary anymore. An example: under CMSimple_XH 1.6 you had:
Page heading: "Short heading"
Alternative heading: "A long page heading"
To have the same effect under CMSimple_XH 1.7 you do:
Page name (in Pagemanager): "Short heading"
Page heading (on the page): "A long page heading"
I believe this conversion is already handled by Exchange_XH, but I'm not sure.

I can't see any of these options:

Because there are none. See how the alternative heading works: at first a look into Pagemanager:
pagemanager.png
Then we go to edit the page "Template", and change the heading to "All the wonderful Templates":
edit-mode.png
Now we switch to view mode:
view-mode.png
As you can see, this is like having "Templates" as the page heading, but setting the alternative heading to "All the wonderful Templates".
