Probabely the same issue.
In a CMSimple_XH 1.1.2 Build: 2010031002 Installation into a subdirectory, the FCKeditor filemanager fails with "This connector is disabled. Please check the "editor/filemanager/connectors/php/config.php" file".
Any clues?

FCKeditor filemanager fails in subdirectory installation
Re: FCKeditor filemanager fails in subdirectory installation
No. It works fine for me in the root, in a subfolder, in a frame-redirect....manu wrote:Any clues?
I know that others using it in subfolders too.
Maybe a problem with your configuration / server / browser?

Re: FCKeditor filemanager fails in subdirectory installation
you are right. It's a problem on a foreign server. On my server it runs without problems. Strange. I PM you a phpinfo link, hoping you have a look at it. Perhaps you see something.

Check for allow_url_fopen. That is the reason most of the times.
Re: FCKeditor filemanager fails in subdirectory installation
That's not true. It runs without problems with allow_url_fopen = off.CMSimple-Styles.com wrote:Check for allow_url_fopen. That is the reason most of the times.
My playground is running at the same server (in a subfolder) as this board with allow_url_fopen = off - without problems.
I'll look on it at the weekend - but I'm not a real server expert .manu wrote:I PM you a phpinfo link, hoping you have a look at it. Perhaps you see something.

Re: FCKeditor filemanager fails in subdirectory installation
I'm coming again with this issue:
On a new serverspace which is not yet assigned to a public URL (because there is the old site running), I access the page with the provider given temporarily address like "http://server24.cyon.ch/~madameet/index.php". Although I have several pages running at this provider without problems, even in subdirectories, in this certain case I encounter the same problems again mentioned at the beginning.
I would be a relief to solve this problem because we have to setup the whole page. A proper running filemanager would be a great help.
If someone of the Pro's would have a look I could PM a phpinfo(). Version: CMSimple_XH 1.1.2 Build: 2010031002
Best regards
