I advise you to build a new website with the newest cmsimplexh in a new directory /cmsimple. Look for a suitable template; there are lots of them. And fill up the content manually with the cms-gui. When deltaston.eu/cmsimple has become what you want then you can let /index.php redirect to /cmsimple.
