need help :oops: 2 language

i have now dutch language butt i want to make english to..
where can i find 1 2 3 easy setup how to.......

Basically it should be enough to make a copy of 2lang/ and rename it to en/ in your case. Then you can browse it: http://www.example.com/en/.
