Query about Flash Templates

hi,
as newbie i would ask if Flash CMS Templates from flashmint are compatible with cmsimple-xh
example this one :

i want to change the logo name on the header left: Circles. how to do this and what programm is better ?

it is possible to adapt html/css Templates (wordpress, drupal and others with templates based on html/css) for cmsimple, but often it makes no sense
