I would like to set up a forum for readers on my CMsimple website. Is this possible?

Hello Karl,

yes, there are some possibilities. It depends on which kind of functionality and what features you're looking for. And it depends on your CMSimple version. Which version do you use?

If you want a full fledged forum with user registration etc. (like this forum), you have to set up a separate forum software. You can wrap that forum in an IFrame on a page of your CMSimple (if there's enough space on the page).

Another extremely simple forum is Genizforum (only for CMSimple classic). Maybe it's enough if users can comment on several pages: use Comments_XH. Or maybe you want to look at one of the available guestbook plugins. You can find information on the mentioned plugins in the WIKI (http://www.cmsimplewiki.com/).

Christoph

BTW: You've double posted this Thread. Could you please delete the other one (I'm new here too; don't know if you're allowed to delete your thread)
