DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional

Hello
Is the latest version of CMSimple - 3.2 - still in DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional? (I would really like to download CMSimple but am put off if it is still in HTML 4.01, using deprecated coding.)

If it is still in 4.01 will there be an upgrading to at least XHTML 1.0 Transitional at some point... if so, when?

Try to read this http://www.w3.org/International/articles/serving-xhtml/

As it says, xhtml is still listed as html as long as there not used xml.

But there is in config where you can set it to make xhtml tag, and the FCK editor output xhtml tag.

As I read it, it vill still be some years before xhtml is really xhtml according to w3.
Maybe others read anything else I have not seen

When cmsimple will be with xhtml/xml is only something Peter know.
