PHP inclusion

I am thinking about clicking a submenu (Called Manuals and Schematics) and activate some php code that creates a list of files to select from.

This is the php script: http://www.microsonic.dk/download.php but started from normal html.

Does any one have an idea how to include this in a CMSimple website?
