First create an unordered list. Select it and then you can select the ul.listUnordered2 class from the drop-down menu.

The 1st picture is from the tiny full-open init file. Try to rebuild this file (plugins/tinymce5/inits/init-full-open.json) from the install package and try again.
The 2nd picture looks ok.

Sorry, it looks like I've used a template without the customizations lck has indicated to me. I'm back on track (mange tak - the setting is back on da ).
