XH 1.7: Replace TinyMCE 3 as default editor

XH 1.7: Replace TinyMCE 3 as default editor

Hi everybody!

TinyMCE seems to have passed its EOL, and therefore I suggest we replace it as default editor of CMSimple_XH 1.7. The two obvious candidates are TinyMCE 4 and CKEditor.
