Relevant error message.
It would be a big help if the errormessaging of 'download files' was extended to at least detect 'file_uploads' =off.
Presently only 'Wrong extension in file' is written what ever error is present ($reg not fullfilled, $_files empty, etc).
Routine to be found in adm.php.
So far this has been found to be the case in CMSimple verison 3.3 and CMSimpleXH version 1.4 beta2.
