i would like to have a template changer:
1. manual for the user with choosing a template from a drop down.
2. "magic" where i can configure within how many clicks of the hp a new template is choosen (random, or in row one after one)
2nd would be more interesting for me.

Re: Template Changer
Try if this link works for you. This plugin has been written for CMSimple2.4, however.

It's no shame to ask for an answer if all efforts failed.
But it's awful to ask without any effort to find the answer yourself.

Re: Template Changer
Yes, right. It is a plugin by Xhomie made in 2005. Since it seems it cannot be found anymore in the web, I uploaded it to the Wiki. It is probably the latest version Xhomie made. You can download it from: http://cmsimplewiki.com/doku.php/plugins/templateshift.
However, as Tata said, it is a very old plugin and should be rechecked.

Aah, ok, but in a German forum.Holger wrote:He asked the same question in another thread..
I have not followed all recent discussions. However, templateshiftcmsstyles.zip which has been mentioned there is probably more or less the same thing as templateshift I put on the Wiki. That means: it will not help him very much, since he is looking for some automatically working thing which both arn't.

PS: Too bad that templateshiftcmsstyles.zip hasn*t been put on the Wiki!
Re: Template Changer
Indeed! I think we should not ignore the wiki and try to put a max on informations (about plugins) on it. Help keep us the wiki up to date!!Till wrote: PS: Too bad that templateshiftcmsstyles.zip hasn*t been put on the Wiki!
