General Icon-Font for CMSimple_XH

Hi everybody!

What about shipping an icon font with CMSimple_XH which should be used by the core and could be used by plugins and addons? That would bring some consistency, would make it easier to use icons, and might even save bandwidth.

Font Awesome and Material Design have been mentioned on Github, but there might be even better options.
