All folders but it seems that it only reads files in selected folder. I have only tested viewing of files so I missed that it read all folders. But of course the reading of folders can be optimized and in my case I have Gallery folders stored in my images folder so I have a lot of folders.It seems to me that the filebrowser reads all entries in all subfolders recursively (Filebrowser_Controller::getFolders()).
