One little point:
On the top of the website is displayed:
text 1 pro šablony, které vyžadují tento text
this looks wrong to me, it should be the translation of:
Public demo with access to the CMS backend
and this text is in the website-settings csconfig.php $txc['template']['text1']

one more point, please add $txc['mailform']['email']="x@x.xx"; so that the mailform will be displayed.

I've entered the "email address" and changed template_text1 to the English wording -- hopefully oldnema will provide the Czech translation.
