It seems to me that is always hard to accomplish, if different software is in use. I'm quite certain that a lot of manpower has been invested to make http://www.php.net/ and https://wiki.php.net/ appear to be similar (IOW, to establish a corporate identity), but at least regarding the details both sites are actually quite different with regard to the look and feel. And then there is http://qa.php.net/ and https://edit.php.net/ – rather different, again. With regard to CMSimple_XH: the Wiki was quite inline with cmsimple-xh.org a few years ago, but while cmsimple-xh.org modernized over time, the Wiki did not. Respective contributions would be necessary, which appear to demand a public repository (facilitating pull requests), but that is costly per se (we certainly don't want to publish all files, e.g. files containing passwords).
