1. Rename following file: ./userfiles/downloads/CMSimpleDebug.txt => _CMSimpleDebug.txt

Your Website should work again now, but your problem is NOT solved.

CMSimple 4.7.4 is not ready for php8. You have 2 options:

1. Go back to php7 (if your provider allows)

2. Better: Update CMSimple: https://www.cmsimple.org/en/?Downloads___CMSimple
