Boilerplate_XH
Hello Community,
I've just released Boilerplate_XH 1beta1.
Boilerplate_XH facilitates to manage and (re)use text blocks consisting of (X)HTML on CMSimple pages. This way, you write some text once, and can reuse it on several pages. Actually boilerplate() is very similar to newsbox(). But while newsbox() is working with hidden CMSimple pages, boilerplate() stores it's content in separate files. So you can use this feature to keep your content.htm small by replacing the complete page content with a Boilerplate_XH text block.
Any feedback is welcome!

Hello Community,
I've just released Boilerplate_XH 1rc1.
It now has a German, Russian and Slovak translation (thanks to Old and Tata).
Since this version the extension of the boilerplate data files has changed from `.dat' to `.htm'. Please rename existing files accordingly.
Any feedback is welcome!

Hi Lubomyr,
Christoph
I've just changed it, as I think .htm fits better; after all the files contain (X)HTML markup.Old wrote:- why the extension was changed? this add some functionality?
I meant PRG (post - redirect - get) patternOld wrote:RPG: Acronym-Definition - what it means in this case: implemented RPG pattern ?

Enjoy,
Christoph

Hi Christoph,
I have already installed Boilerplare_XH 1rc3. According to your announcement it is sufficient to change the version.nfo appropriately, isn't it?
Best regards,
Dirk

Re: Boilerplate_XH
Basically, yes. However, you still would see 1rc3 in the plugin info (Plugins -> Boilerplate) and the copyright years won't be correct.deeseecee wrote:I have already installed Boilerplare_XH 1rc3. According to your announcement it is sufficient to change the version.nfo appropriately, isn't it?
I suggest you simply install the patch I've just made available: http://3-magi.net/?CMSimple_XH/Boilerplate_XH (second download button).
