Utf8migrator_XH – Development Ceased

Hi!
I have decided to cease further maintainance and development of Utf8migrator_XH.
This plugins had been developed to provide an easier upgrade path for old CMSimple installations which didn't use UTF-8. I think most of these have been upgraded now, and for the remaining changing to UTF-8 appears to be a relatively minor issue anyway.
If you like, feel free to fork and/or maintain your own version!
