Wow! I've even fixed that in an
own fork, and included it in
Fotorama_XH 1.0beta2. Might be something that @knollsen wants to use.

Something else, would it be possible to 'remove' the large image and only display the thumbnails in Fotorama? I did this manually (without any plugin), but this is a whole lot of work. Anyway, see image for what I mean. Title and description are just text, the thumbnails should be generated by Fotorama (preferably aligned left, because for some projects there are only 2 or 3 photos available. Of course thumbs should be clickable and open the 'big picture' in some lightbox style.
Or... is there another alternative gallery plugin available which is of course responsive, and can display more than 1 gallery per page?
We really need one for cmsimple_XH.

Yes, certainly an option. Also
Foldergallery_XH might be an option (note that this is early beta). Furthermore, Jerry has some interesting image gallery plugins; unfortunately, the site appears to be broken presently.

Indeed, that
may work, but please don't rely on it. I'm not sure about what exactly Foldergallery_XH 1.0beta1 offers, since I did quite some work on it in the meantime (actually, that was already several months ago), and I tend to prefer the Photoswipe view now (available in master).
Anyhow, instead of showing all thumbnails of all galleries on a single page, one could display the parent folder of the actual galleries, effectively having a single thumbnail per gallery. Not exactly what Niki asked for, but might still be an option.

Master von Foldergallery kann man mehrere Galerien auf einer Seite haben, wenn man auf eine Galerie-Navigation verzichtet. Also so, wie
hier angefragt.
Hier folgenden Code einfügen:
