Pagemanaged problems in CMSimple_XH v1.7.

I face this problem:
I have (except of Site/CMS Info) emptied the content and started creating new website structure.
Adding Page H1 in page manager is OK. Here I miss the former function inserting a subpage. So I insert next Page H2 in page manager and move it in Page H1. After saving the Page H2 loses its status and remain as invisible whereever I try to change the status (both in editor and page manager).
Calling the invisible pages by URL, I see in Page Tab that the page shall be shown in navigation. It is not, however. There are installed no additional plugins.
I needed this structure for testing the expandcontract plugin. There must be the expandable subpage hidden from navigation. So I wanted to make the H1 page for a name of plugins authos, the H2 for the plugin demo itself.

This means to me that it is impossible to create more levels pages structure.
There is the key

in config.php, but not in CMS configuration.

That is already fixed in master. I hope to release 3.0beta2 in a few days.

The Pagemanager in the CMSimple_XH master is still 3.0beta1, so this is expected. I'll update as soon as 3.0beta2 will have been released.
