By full names of the documents it's not very likely to write the path correctly.

One does not even have to write the path. Clicking on the URL in the browser's development tools suffices, for instance. Note that there is no protection from downloading anything that is presented as IFrame. But as you've already mentionend, there are other techniques which can be sufficient.

Definitely. There is so much on the internet, and there are so many experts out there, and there are thousands of others paid for monitoring of any sort and for collecting info about each of us, that thinking paranoically about any protecting tool is pure waste of time.
It's no shame to ask for an answer if all efforts failed.
But it's awful to ask without any effort to find the answer yourself.
