no scoll bar on internet explorer

im new to this forum and am not sure how to explain this but here goes. ive set up a website using cmsimpleframes template. when the text i enter streaches further than the browser window it wont let you scroll down. heres the site www.dtservicesni.co.uk please help

I have seen your page in IE6 and IE7 and here is there scroll bar at the left side, but do not know where you want your scroll bar to be?
