To activate debug mode you just have to rename this file (i.e. prepend an underscore to the name).
somebody could explain "rename this file"
what name should be? Or just any?

Thx On http://test.sima.spb.ru there is no <?php echo languagemenu()?> in the template, so the language menu won't be displayed. I change template on default one. I install CMSimple XH 1.6.5 or 1.6.6 second language. But second language flag or name does not visible on any template.
