Re: New plugin: Pagemanager_XH

Hello Gert, sounds great :), thanks for your information. So I will wait with the next release of Pagemanager_XH to use jQuery4CMSimple. :) BTW: shouldn't it be called jQuery4CMSimple_XH ;) Do you (plural ;)) have solutions for the mentioned topics jQuery.noConflict() and other plugins including old...

Re: New plugin: Pagemanager_XH

Hello Jerry, thanks for your report. :) I belive that there is no problem with jsTree The problem with noConflict() is, that jsTree doesn't work with it. I have tested it. Than I took a glimpse at it's sources, and found, that there many calls to $ but not to jQuery :( I couldn't find other informat...

Vielen, vielen ...

Re: New plugin: Pagemanager_XH

Hello Jerry, thanks for the feedback, and the valuable information that you've given me. I'm not very experienced with Javascript (and less with jQuery). I merely had to integrate jQuery because it's a requirement for jsTree (on which my code heavily relies). Now it's really late, so I will release ...

Re: CMSimple_XH: Backup and Restore

Hello Gert, That's Martins party It's english. As you know, "you" can be singular and plural. ;) seems we have to wait to August ... That's fine with me. But the Plugin developer of a plugin using jQuery have to take care for (loading inside the main function). Fine. :) And it shouldn't be a problem...

Re: CMSimple_XH: Backup and Restore

Hallo Holger, IMO that sounds great. Two solutions for the restore problem. If Jens' solution will be released as a plugin, the user could choose the one he prefers. :) I've already put some thought into the restore solution myself. I've already found a name: bar (backup and restore) ;) If I had had...

Re: CMSimple_XH: Backup and Restore

Hello Gert, on rethinking the given problem and solution, I've found, that the problems with multiple admins synchronously editing the site are not restricted to the CMSimple core. They may expand to plugins (e.g. Menumanager, Pagemanager_XH). So I wanted to restrict my proposal to the possibility t...

Re: Forums within CMsimple website

Hello Karl, yes, there are some possibilities. It depends on which kind of functionality and what features you're looking for. And it depends on your CMSimple version. Which version do you use? If you want a full fledged forum with user registration etc. (like this forum), you have to set up a separ...
