your second wish is no problem to handle. The first one is - to my knowledge - not provided with CMSimple. And I don't have any idea in the moment how to hack the menu function in order to serve this feature.

You have to hard-code it inside your template. Check template.htm of your chosen template.

Yes, I wanted to update the Help files already because of clarifying the stuff with the rights. Also if you want to use tsEdit's content folder it requires 777.
