i have tried again, added a h4 under h1 ( http://www.lifestyleandmore.it/iwf/?News02:try04 ), i confirmt hat this time Pagemanager fix it from h4 to h2

yes, i did have set menu level to 4

i suppose it is a little bug in the plugin ... i have tried to add a h3 under h1 and it did fix automatically to h2

The checkboxes to the left of the pages allow you to view and change and their publishing state. You can configure if they refer to 'Published?' or 'Show in menu?'.
