Warum ist die Konfiguration nicht auch in der Backend Default-Sprache, Absicht?

Die Konfiguration sollte eigentlich so sein, nur „Einstellungen - Sprachdatei“ nicht.
Ich hoffe doch, ich habe bei der Codebereinigung nix kaputt gemacht.
