Normally you should ask the developer for a way to work together, BEFORE doing such things ...
At first: Please give me a download link without need for register on your website. I would like to have a look, if the links and credits are ok.
The right way were to make russian language files and send to me, so I could provide CMSimpleRealBlog also for russian people. Seems you still have to learn something about the rules how to work together on OpenSource Projects
