Go into edit mode, select the "page" section / page parameters > "alternative heading" and edit it according your demands. The help text should be self explaining.

IMO the existing possibilities offered via page_params ("Page" tab above the editor) are sufficient, and easier to understand for non-technical users. These require, however, a somewhat recent version of CMSimple_XH.
