Rename core/ folder

Ist this a PHP7 thing?
Never had problems with a core dir in the root. I know other much larger CMS's with a core dir in the root.

No. As I understand it that is more a Linux thing and related to core dumps, see a follow-up post. No big deal, but changing the name for XH 1.7 isn't either.

I propose to rename the folder css/ in the installation root to assets/.
