Add CSS related types to metaconfig

Add CSS related types to metaconfig

Hello Community,

there has been some discussion in a German thread about adding CSS relates types to metaconfig, namely lengths and colors.

While I still think its better to keep CSS rules in the stylesheet, I've put the idea on the XH 1.7 roadmap for further discussion and voting.
