Ordering of items in config

Maybe a little late for 1.6.5? But it's just a tiny thing:

I'd suggest to reorder the items so that the items where the webmaster is likely to enter values come first.
Actually I'd like to have mailform after language.

As the voting has been opened only a few hours ago, and as it is really a tiny thing, IMO we can make an exception and put it on the roadmap.
