XH 1.5.10: Fix separators in meta viewport values

Hello Community,

the templates responsivehtml and structure1_black are using meta viewport elements to set the viewport of the device. According to the respective working draft the separators have to be commas (,) instead of semicolons (;). I suggest we fix that for XH 1.5.10.

As a note for template designers: it might be worth keeping an eye on the editor's draft, because this is most likely to evolve. As the W3C specifications are very technical, it might be worth pointing to the respective information on MDN.
