Nivo Slider is great and is easy to change, will try to build on this.

It does not matter it is not user friendly. it is myself who maintain the page so little trick is quite okay

puh, there are so much slideshow skripts available, but maybe Nivo Slider is a good and easy to handle choice for you:

I Installed it in the plugins folder.
How can I echo it as banner in cmsimple?

Unfortunately, the Nivo Slider is not available as CMSimple plugin--you will have to integrate it "manually". There are, however, some CMSimple plugins with similar possibilities: Image_Slider, FotoBoxes, Imagescroller_XH and Slideshow_XH. You may consider using one of these instead.

Hi, thank you for the quick response. I don't want to buy licenses, so I think I will try first with Slideshow_XH (seems to be free). If not, do you just have an Idea how to implement the nivo-slider so it works for all templates?

Well, both Slideshow_XH as well as Imagescroller_XH are free to use (GPL), and FotoBoxes is free to use for non-commercial websites.
